Inspired by the sounds of percussion, this painting evokes the whisper of wind, the rhythm of rain, and the pulse of the earth. Even without melody, percussion tells stories through beat, rhythm, and resonance. In this work, varied strokes and lines represent the sound waves of percussion within the orchestra.

The composition draws inspiration from traditional Korean paintings, including Irworobongdo, incorporating peaks, the sun, and the moon as symbolic elements. The painting is also an abstract interpretation of Sansoohwa, a traditional Korean landscape painting style that depicts the interplay of mountains, water, and plants. The work expresses these natural forms through movement, rhythm, and painted sound.
